When someone is arrested, a judge sets a bail amount based on the charges, criminal history, and flight risk. Most families cannot pay the full amount in cash.
You pay Angels Bail Bonds 10% of the total bail amount (regulated by California Insurance Code § 1800.4). We post the full bond and your loved one is released. The 10% is our fee — not a deposit.

California sheriff booking records use legal name at arrest, which is outside our control, but our paperwork, communication, and approach with your family respects your loved one’s identity. Your call to us is confidential. Bail bond records are court records and may become public through the court system, but we do not notify employers, family, neighbors, landlords, or anyone else. Our agents do not discuss your case outside the scope of posting the bond. Payment can be arranged privately without mailed statements to a shared address if needed.
